Race-day nerves
The work is done, yet the start line still takes over your head.
An 8-week program that builds mental training into the runs you already do. A few guided minutes before, during and after. No extra hour on the mat.
You track pace, heart rate and mileage. The mental side of the run rarely gets a plan.
The work is done, yet the start line still takes over your head.
The run ends. Your heart rate settles. Your mind keeps going.
You put in the miles, and the results don’t always follow.
Pace, splits, data. Attention drifts away from the run itself.
The program follows three phases. Each one fits inside a run you already have planned.
A short breathing and focus routine. Arrive in the run before you start it.
Effort awareness and attention cues. Stay with the run when it gets hard.
Stretching and guided relaxation. Close the session and leave the effort behind.
The exact practices, durations and week-by-week progression are being finalised.
Follow your own schedule, a coach’s plan or one of ours. The program wraps around the runs you already do.
You run several times a week, maybe toward a 10K, half or marathon. You know performance takes more than fitness. You don’t need to call yourself someone who meditates.
The program is in development, with delivery by 31 October 2026. When pre-orders open, you can pay €149 now for access at release. Training content is not available immediately. Your confirmed pre-order appears in My training.
